| 摘 要： | 依据中国文化产业发展中存在的不平衡不充分矛盾,提出三个并存是民族地区文化产业发展的阶段性特征,从供给侧结构性改革推动民族地区文化产业转型升级、推进民族地区数字创意产业成为战略性新兴产业、在“一带一路”建设中形成民族地区文化产业对外开放新格局等三个维度,阐释了新时代民族地区文化产业实现高质量发展的创新路径。

| Abstract: | From the discussion of the imbalance and insufficiency in the development of Chinese cultural industry, this paper analyses the periodical characteristics of the development of Chinese cultural industry in minority regions and proposes that side-supply structure be reformed so as to enhance the transformation and upgrading of the cultural industry in minority regions, digital creative industry be developed into strategic emerging industry and new patterns for opening-up the cultural industry in minority regions be constructed in belt and road construction. |
