摘    要:总结了纤维头固相微萃取、管内固相微萃取和搅拌棒吸附萃取3种常见SPME类型和特点;与固相萃取、液液萃取、吹扫捕集等样品前处理方法进行了比较;综述了不同类型的固相微萃取与气相色谱和高效液相色谱联用技术在食品、环境和医学等方面的应用情况,展望将固相微萃取及相关联用技术应用于原位采样和超痕量分析领域。

Abstract:In this paper, three common SPME types and their characteristics were summarized including fiber SPME, in-tube SPME and stir bar absorptive extraction. It was also carried out to compare SPME with other pretreatment techniques such as solid phase extraction, liquid phase extraction, and purge and trap. The development of SPME in food, environment, medicine and other fields were reviewed by combining with gas chromatography, high performance liquid chromatography and other analytical techniques. It is expected that SPME combined with other related techniques can be applied in in-situ sample and ultra-trace analysis.
