摘    要:针对20辊森吉米尔轧机节能降耗的特点,对轧制过程中的吨钢电耗进行定量分析,并与传统6辊轧机进行对比。分别利用6辊轧机和20辊轧机对两种轧制规程进行模拟计算。结果表明:对于驱动功率而言,当轧制带材较厚时,采用20辊轧机可明显降低驱动功率;当轧制带材较薄时,二者并无明显区别。使用20辊轧机可明显降低轧制过程中的吨钢电耗,轧制带材较厚时,吨钢电耗下降更为明显。

Abstract:Aiming at the energy saving characteristics of the 20-high Sendzimir mill, quantitative analysis was carried out on the power consumption per ton of steel of 20-high Sendzimir mill during the rolling process, and was compared with the traditional 6-high rolling mill. Simulation was done for two rolling schedules using 6-high and 20-high rolling mill separately, the results show that the driving power can significantly reduce when the rolling strip is thick with the 20-high rolling mill, and there is no significant difference between them when the strip is thin. The power consumption per ton can be obviously reduced using the 20-high rolling mill during rolling process, and it decreases obviously with the increase of the strip thickness.
