| 摘 要： | 针对当下中国旅游养老地产的发展现状、主要问题及投资环境的复杂性分析,从系统论的角度出发,借助模糊层次分析法,构建了旅游养老地产投资风险综合评价指标体系。研究指出该方法能够结合定性与定量因素对旅游养老地产投资风险进行评价,具有结果客观、切实可行等优点,有助于提高旅游养老地产投资决策的科学性与可行性。

| Abstract: | In view of the current development, this paper explores some main problems and the complexity of investment environment of tourism endowment real estate in China. From the perspective of system theory, with the help of fuzzy analytic hierarchy process, a comprehensive evaluation index system of tourism endowment real estate investment risk in China is constructed and analyzed. It is pointed out that this method can combine qualitative and quantitative factors to evaluate the risk of tourism endowment real estate investment, and show objective and practical results, which helps tourism endowment real estate to make more scientific decisions and practical investment. |
