中草药川楝子挥发油与微量元素的成分分析

摘    要:采用索氏提取法对中草药川楝子进行粗提,通过乙醚蒸发仪进行无水浸提,提取出的高纯度挥发油经气质联用仪分析,检测出川楝子挥发油中的5种主要成分:2,3-Dimethylpentance;3,3,4-trimethylhexa;3-methyl-6-methylene;2,4,4-trimethylhexa;1,3-dimethylcycl。通过原子吸收光谱仪对川楝子中微量元素的成分与数量进行测定,检测出川楝子中6种微量元素的含量排序为K>Mg>Na>Fe>Ca>Zn。研究结果为川楝子药物的开发与应用提供了科学依据。

Abstract:Chinese herbal medicine fructus toosendan is extracted by Soxhlet extraction method. After anhydrous extraction by ether evaporation instrument, the pure essential oil is finally obtained. Using gas chromatography-mass spectrometry analysis, five main components of volatile oil in fructus toosendan are identified: 2, 3-Dimethylpentance, 3, 3, 4-trimethylhexa, 3-methyl-6-methylene, 2, 4, 4-trimethylhexa and 1, 3-dimethylcycl. In addition, the composition and quantity of trace elements in the samples were determined by atomic absorption spectrometry. Six kinds of trace elements were detected, the content of which was K>Mg>Na>Fe>Ca>Zn. The results of this study provide scientific basis for the development and application of fructus toosendan.
