| 摘 要： | 研究了制备超氧化物歧化酶的一种新方法．通过加热、盐析和中空纤维超滤，得到高纯度的产品．1000mL猪血，可得到94mgSOD，比活为6312μ／mg，产率为70．8%．

| Abstract: | A new method for the preparation of superoxide dismutase is studied. A highly purified product is obtained by heating, salting out and hollow fiber ultrafiltration from 1,000 ml of hog blood. 94 mg of purified SOD with specific activity of 6312u/mg protein is obtained with the yield of 70.8%. |
