内燃机高压油管的波登效应及振动诊断

摘    要:通过设计振动信号测试系统,提取柴油机高压油管的故障信息,对振动信号的功率谱特征进行分析,研究高压油管在喷油过程中燃油的压力能和油管变形能、激振能的关系。提出高压油管振动主要是油管本身的波登效应引起的,这是导致燃油系统故障的主要原因之一。

Abstract:The detection system is designed carefully in order to pick -up the tault information of diesel engine' s high - pressure fuel pipe. The characteristics of power - spectral - density of vibration signal analyzed clearly. In the view of energy, the relations of the energy between pressure energy of fuel, strain energy & elastic energy of pipe are described. So that the vibra- tion of the fuel injection system is caused mainly by the Bourdon Effect, and is one of the main causes of fuel injection system fault.
