感应电动机转子偏心故障的微机检测系统

摘    要:研究感应电动机的转子偏心故障的在线检测方法,分析了转子偏心后的气隙磁场,得出定子电流中的齿谐波分量可作为转子静态偏心的特征分量。设计了以单片机为核心的检测系统,给出了系统的硬件和软件框图。针对齿谐波分量检测中值得注意的问题设计了专门的电路,说明了数据的处理方法。针对不同程度的偏心进行了在线测量,证明本方案的可行性。
