摘    要:研究鼠笼型异步电动机转子断条故障和偏心故障的在线检测方法.通过对定子电流和轴磁通信号的频谱分析,可以得出,定子电流中的齿谐波分量可作为转子静态偏心的特征分量,轴磁通信号中的3sF1分量可作为转子断条故障的特征分量.设计了以单片机为核心的检测系统.实验结果证明了本方案的可行性.

Abstract:A method to detect squirrel cage induction motors with broken rotor bars and static eccentricity is presented. Spectrum analysis of the signals of stator current and axle flux shows the signal of stator harmonic current can be extracted as the feature of static eccentricity, and the signal 3sf1 of the axle flux as the feature of broken rotor bar. A detection system based on single-chip microcomputer is developed. The experimental results show the feasibility of this system.
