| 摘 要： | 绿色低碳发展已成为中国“十二五规划”的一个鲜明特点,CDM项目为内蒙古吸引外资、利用外资弥补经济发展的资金缺口和促进可持续发展提供了新的领域和机会。在客观分析内蒙古利用CDM项目吸引外商投资的优势及存在问题的基础上,提出了内蒙古应充分发挥自身优势,积极发展和利用CDM项目吸引外商投资以及促进经济可持续发展的思路。

| Abstract: | The development of green low carbon has been a high-light feature in the Twelfth Five-year Plan of China. CDM projects provide new fields and opportunities for Inner Mongolia to attract foreign investment, cover the funding gaps of economic development and promote sustainable development. Based on the analysis of the advantages and problems on attracting foreign investment through CDM projects in Inner Mongolia, this paper puts forward the suggestions that Inner Mongolia should take full advantage of CDM projects to attract foreign investment and promote sustainable economic development. |
