| 摘 要： | 通过对辽宁省某市民间资本投资文化产业的现状调查和分析,发掘现阶段影响民间资本投资该领域的深层次、共性问题,并结合当今新常态下的经济发展环境,提出构建科学的文化产业市场体系,积极培育文化市场扩大消费需求,引导民间资本投资文化产业;实施重大项目带动战略提升文化产业盈利水平,吸引民间资本投资文化产业;完善地方各项配套政策机制,帮扶民间资本投资文化产业的对策。 |

| Abstract: | Through investigating the status and problems regarding private capital investment in the culture industry of a city in Liaoning province, this paper puts forward the following strategies: setting up scientific culture industry market system, actively cultivating the culture market, expanding consumer demand, guiding private capital investment in culture industry, enhancing the profitability of the implementation of major projects, attracting private capital investment in culture industry, perfecting the supporting policies of local governments to help private capital investment in culture industries. |
