高校新任辅导员工作困境及对策分析

摘    要:分析高校新任辅导员面临的工作困境,从新任辅导员主观方面及外部环境提出了对策建议。提出高校辅导员应将专业背景与日常工作相结合、将理论学习与提升职业技能相结合、将工作实践与工作研究相结合、将探索创新与积累经验相结合;在辅导员的选聘和岗位安排上考虑专业背景,同时在职业技能培训、科研、管理机制等方面提供相应保障。

Abstract:This paper aims to analyze the predicament of work in the new counselors at colleges and universities. The countermeasure suggestions iare presented from the subjective aspects and external environment. It puts forward that college counselors should combine professional background with daily work, theory study with vocational skills improvement, working practice with work research and innovation with experience. During the hiring and arrangement of counselors, professional background should be considered, and vocational skills training, scientific research, management mechanism should be provided corresponding security at the same time.
