Work Confusion and Countermeasure Analysis of College New Counselors

This paper aims to analyze the predicament of work in the new counselors at colleges and universities. The countermeasure suggestions iare presented from the subjective aspects and external environment. It puts forward that college counselors should combine professional background with daily work, theory study with vocational skills improvement, working practice with work research and innovation with experience. During the hiring and arrangement of counselors, professional background should be considered, and vocational skills training, scientific research, management mechanism should be provided corresponding security at the same time.
