| 摘 要： | 针对目前高校学风建设中存在的问题，提出要以与时俱进的思想探索学风建设，以协调合作的精神开展学风建设，以优良的教风促进学风建设，以思想教育工作渗透学风建设，以科研和课外活动深化学风建设，以规范的管理推进学风建设，以严格的制度保障学风建设等指导思想；提出具体措施，通过实践取得初步成效。
