浅析分校区大学生学校归属感问题

摘    要:根据马斯洛的需求层次理论,人有归属和爱的需要,只有满足了归属需要,才能使个体感觉到尊重,更好的实现自我价值。在分校区,学生归属感较弱,也因此引发了学生适应慢等一系列问题。本文通过对分校区大学生进行问卷调查,发现了导致大学生归属感弱的主要原因,并着重对自然环境、校园文化等诱因进行了分析,提出通过改善校园环境,加强专业教育,建设校园文化等措施提高分校区大学生归属感的建议。

Abstract:According to Maslow's hierarchy theory of needs, people have the love and belonging needs. In the campus, students'sense of belonging is weak, which causes some students hard to adapt to the new environments. Based on the questionnaire the article finds out the main reasons that students' sense of belonging is weak. We focus on analyzing the natural environment, cam- pus culture and other factons, and put forward some measures to improve college students' sense of belongings, such as improving the campus environment, enriching students' activities, strengthening professional education, constructing campus culture and so on.
