| 摘 要： | 在对我国产业集群内中小企业融资难的原因进行分析之后，提出了发展直接融资，构建适合中小企业发展的二板市场；积极鼓励金融机构对中小企业信贷的业务创新；建立中小企业信用担保体系等对策和建议。

| Abstract: | This paper studies the financing features in minor enterprises,probes into the causes of financing difficulties,and proposes that direct financing be improved,second board market set up which can keep up with the development of minor enterprises,innovations in credit system of the financial institution encouraged and credit guarantee system established. |
