贵州松桃苗族自治县乡镇医疗水平现状分析与对策研究

运用实地调查研究的方法对贵州省铜仁市松桃苗族自治县(简称松桃县)乡镇卫生院发展现状进行了分析,松桃县乡镇卫生院存在业务用房不足、医生专业性欠缺、新农合发展滞后、村民缺乏保健意识等问题,应加强硬件建设、医疗队伍建设、新型农村合作医疗建设,提高居民健康意识,开展预防保健等工作。

Rural Medical Situation in Songtao Miao Autonomous County of Guizhou Province

An investigation is conducted on the township hospitals in Songtao Miao Autonomous County of Guizhou province. The result shows that township hospitals are short of rooms, doctors have to act different roles, the new rural cooperative medical care system is inefficent in fund raising and mechanism operation management and villagers are lacking in health awareness. To cope with those problems, this paper puts forward the suggestion that hardware construction, medical team, new rural cooperative medical work, the health consciousness of the residents and the preventive health care should be strengthened.
