| 摘 要： | 探讨了发展农产品深加工业的重要意义。在分析大连农产品深加工业发展现状的基础上，有针对性地提出发展大连农产品深加工龙头企业，提高农产品深加工业科技含量和技术水平，推进农产品深加工业向农村转移，健全农产品深加工质量管理体系，寻找大连农产品深加工业发展的新机遇和农民增收的新途径。

| Abstract: | From the discussion on the importance and the present state of intensive agricultural produce processing industry in Dalian,this paper suggests that leading enterprises should be strengthened,technical standard of produce be improved,intensive processing industry be introduced into suburban areas,quality control system be perfected,new opportunities for the development of intensive processing industry be created and new approaches for the better life of peasants be provided. |
