摘    要:通过建立较为完善的实践教学体系、加强实验教学条件和实习基地建设、抓好毕业论文(设计)环节、以科研促进实践教学、积极开展课外实践活动等措施,提高学生的的动手能力、创新能力、分析问题和解决问题的能力,为民族地区输送高素质的应用型食品科技人才。

Abstract:Measures such as creating a complete teaching system,improving conditions for experiment-based teaching and internship centers,focusing on theses,improving teaching through research and carrying out extracurricular activities were taken to increase students' hands-on capacity as well as their innovation capacity and ability to analyze and solve problems.They aim to provide ethnic minority regions with competent food technologists.
