| Abstract: | Taking the financial management reform of Lu Shirong as research object, this paper probes into his reforms in currency, finance, administration and the people's livelihood and analyses the factors resulting in his failure, including the opposition of Confucian officials, the nonsupport of Kublai Khan, his reform defects and problems in Lu Shirong himself. This paper aims to present people a more comprehensive and objective view on Lu Shirong. |
