| 摘 要： | 包容性增长是近年来联合国提出的彻底改变落后地区贫困状况的发展思想,强调让弱势群体拥有平等的参与和分配机会,从而彻底消除贫困产生的根源。中国的民族聚居地大多处于边贫地区,旅游业的包容性增长是民族地区摆脱贫困的重要途径。首先回顾了包容性增长的概念及由来,分析了民族地区旅游业发展存在的不均衡现状及原因,结合民族地区旅游发展包容性增长的目标与内容,提出了民族地区旅游发展包容性增长的相关对策。 |

| Abstract: | Inclusive growth is recently advanced by the United Nations about the eradication of poverty in backward areas, emphasizing the enjoyment of equal involvement and equal opportunities for the disadvantaged for the sake of rooting out poverty. Minority-inhabited areas are primarily located in poverty-stricken areas, so inclusive growth is an important way for them to shake off poverty. The paper starts with a review of the concept and source of inclusive growth, probes into the imbalance of tourism development in those areas and proposes some strategies regarding the inclusive growth of tourism industry in those areas based on an analysis of the contents and goals of inclusive growth. |
