| 摘 要： | 草原生态文明建设是中国生态文明建设的重要组成部分,强调的是人与草原的和谐发展。中国草原面积广阔,但存在沙化等诸多问题。创新草原生态文明建设的路径,要从树立草原生态保护意识,加强宣传,培育人才,构建草原生态文明建设政府考核体系,完善草原生态补偿机制等入手。草原生态文明建设涉及多方行为体的参与,是一个协同治理的过程。 |

| Abstract: | Grassland ecological civilization construction is an important part of the ecological civilization construction in China. It emphasizes the harmony between man and nature. China boasts extensive areas of grassland, but it encounters many problems such as desertification and others. Therefore, it is necessary to find innovative ways to build grassland ecological civilization, including the awareness of grassland ecological protection, further propaganda, the cultivation of talents, the establishment of an evaluation index system regarding grassland ecological civilization construction and the exploration of grassland ecological compensation mechanism. Grassland ecological civilization construction is a process of collaborative governance which involves the participation of different people. |
