| 摘 要： | 企业社会资本是嵌入于一定的社会关系网络的资源集合,企业社会责任本质是指企业对利益相关者所承担的责任,二者间存在着必然的逻辑联系。以往的研究多关注企业承担社会责任对于企业社会资本积累的意义。现从社会资本和社会责任的内涵出发,对社会资本在企业履行社会责任中发挥的作用进行研究。

| Abstract: | Corporate social capital refers to the resource collection embedded in certain social network, and the nature of corporate social responsibility is the responsibility an enterprise bears for its stakeholders. Therefore, there exists a close relationship between the two. Previous studies mostly focus their attention on the significance of corporate social responsibility for corporate social capital accumulation. However, the present paper, from the connotations of social capital and social responsibility, probes into the roles of social capital in fulfilling its social responsibilities. |
