资本市场东西部协调发展问题研究

我国东西部资本市场的发展差距是十分巨大的，从服务体系到资本市场参与率再到资产经营质量都存在着非均衡性。这种现状的形成既有制度性原因和区域原因的影响，又有历史性决策和意识方面的作用。为此，必须采取加大政策倾斜力度、组建西部区域性卷商团等措施，实现西部地区资本市场的快速发展。

On the Coordinated Development of Capital Market Between the East and the West

There is a big gap in the development of capital market between the east and the west. The gap exists in the service system, the degree in participating the activities of capital market and the quality in capital management. The situation results from the influence of regional economic policy, historical background and people' s thinking. Favourable policy such as the establishment of the regional financial organization should be adopted in order to promote the development of capital market in the west.
