| 摘 要： | 为全面落实习近平总书记在全国高校思想政治工作会议上对高校思想政治理论课提出的总体要求,以提升高校思想政治教育质量和水平为基本目标,从构建“大思政”格局形成教育合力、加强学科建设明确理论依托、优化教研机构规范平台支撑、推进实践教学关注问题导向和强化师资队伍确保教学质量等方面,分析高校思想政治理论课建设的着力点。

| Abstract: | This article analyzes the present state of Xinjiang pastoral areas and the transformation process of the sustainable development model and points out problems in the sustainable development of Xinjiang pastoral areas.Solutions to the problems are given from the following aspects： strengthen Xinjiang＇s pastoral conservation of grasslands and improve the capacity of sustainable development;provide further support for the development of pastoral characteristic advantage industry,speed up infrastructure construction and vigorously develop the pastoral public utilities,effectively protect and improve people＇s livelihood and so on. |
