| 摘 要： | 信息技术对提高企业竞争力至关重要,但企业在实施具体信息化方案时,并不总是能够成功,经常有信息化失败的案例被报道.将企业信息化实施过程分为三个阶段,分别对各个信息化阶段对企业竞争力的影响进行分析,可为企业信息化规划及实施提供参考.

| Abstract: | Informationalization is of utmost importance in improving the competitive power of an enterprise.However,the enterprise can not always ensure the success of informationalization.In fact,cases of informationalization failure are frequently reported.The paper introduces the process of enterprise informationalization,analyzes the effect of each informationalization phase on competitive power,aiming to provide references for the planning and implementation of informationalization. |
