中外教学资源整合下的国际化人才培养模式探索

有效利用国外教学资源是高校培养国际化人才的重要手段。对国际化人才培养模式进行创新设计,从构建一支国际化教学团队、采用中外教师共同合作教学模式、实施课内外结合的教学模式、构建国际协同教学平台等方面有效地整合中外教学资源,将国际化人才培养模式落到实处,为中国经济发展和辽宁新一轮振兴培养高素质的国际化人才进行有益尝试。

Innovation and Practice of International Talent Training Mode Under the Integration of Teaching Resources at Home and Abroad

The effective use of foreign teaching resources is an important means for universities to cultivate international talents. It makes innovative design for the training mode of international talents by building an international teaching team of Chinese and foreign teachers, adopting the teaching mode of integrating between Chinese and foreign teaching resources, implement the internationalized teaching mode combining inside and outside class, constructing of international collaborative teaching platform and other aspects of effective integration of Chinese and foreign teaching resources to put international talent training mode into practice. It is a beneficial attempt for China′s economic development and the new round of revitalization of Liaoning province to cultivate high-quality international talents.
