| 摘 要： | 香茹多糖具有抗肿瘤的生理作用，主要作为化疗辅助药物。微波辅助浸提技术是80年代后期提出的新技术。利用该技术浸提香菇多糖，时间短，而且控制浸提条件可以得到比普通碱提取法更高的多糖。
