放牧强度对植物脯氨酸和可溶性糖含量的影响——以呼伦贝尔克鲁伦克流域典型草原为研究区域

摘    要:以不同放牧梯度上的呼伦贝尔典型草原群落作为研究对象,进行主要物种抗逆性的研究。以空间演替系列代替时间演替系列,用茚三酮法测定脯氨酸含量(μg/g),用蒽酮比色法测定可溶性糖含量(μg/g)。对数据进行同质性和正态分布检验,采用单因素方差分析检验放牧对优势种和共有种的脯氨酸和可溶性糖含量的影响,利用LSD法比较均值间的差异性(a=0.05),所有统计用SPSS 19.0完成。结果显示:放牧强度对优势种和共有种的脯氨酸和可溶性糖含量均有显著的影响。不同放牧强度下,优势种的脯氨酸和可溶性糖含量随着放牧强度的增加而显著升高。3种放牧强度下的共有种黄囊苔草、羊草和糙隐子草的脯氨酸和可溶性糖含量也随着放牧压的增大而显著增加。

Abstract:The aim of this study was to research the plant stress resistance under different grazing gradient in Hulunbeir steppe. Proline content (μg/g) was determined by indene tri-ketone colorimetric method and soluble sugar content (μg/g ) was measured by anthrone colorimetric method. Firstly, data was tested by homogeneity and normal distribution, then used one-way analysis of variance to test the effect of grazing intensity on plant proline and soluble sugar con-tents of dominant and common species. Multiple comparison of means was tested by least signifi-cant difference (LSD) method at 0. 05 level. All the data analysis was achieved by SPSS 19. 0. The results showed that grazing had significantly effects on proline and soluble sugar contents of dominant and common species. The proline and soluble sugar contents of dominant species in-creased as the grazing intensity increasing. Both the proline and soluble sugar contents of the common species such as Carex korshinskyi, Leymus chinense, and Cleistogenes sqyarros increased as the grazing intensity increasing.
