| Abstract: | The creation and acquisition of knowledge and the integration of internal and external resources are the keys for enterprises to improving their technological innovation ability.From the perspective of social capital,this paper presents process of knowledge integration in the technological innovation of enterprises,and emphasizes the complementarity of informal knowledge communication mechanism to formal organization,and points out the importance of social capital for the technological innovation of enterprises. |
