| 摘 要： | 许多因素如活性氧类物质，可引起神经细胞的氧化损伤。而MTH1能够有效防止8-oxoG导致的神经细胞氧化损伤。介绍了神经细胞内氧化损伤发生的机理，阐述了帕金森病MPTP模型中MTH1对纹状体多巴胺能神经元神经末梢的保护作用。

MTH1 effectively prevents such damages caused by 8 introduces both the mechanism of oxidative damage in neurons and the MTH1 on nerve terminals of dopaminergic neurons in striata in the MPTP - oxoG.
