旋转机械基础松动故障研究进展和展望

摘    要:基础松动故障是目前为止旋转机械故障中识别率较低的故障之一。对近年来旋转机械转子系统基础松动故障的研究现状、进展进行综述,包括基础松动故障非线性特性分析方法及复杂动力学特性、含有基础松动的耦合故障问题、基础松动故障诊断及故障试验等方面国内外的一些研究成果。在此基础上,对目前旋转机械基础松动故障问题研究尚待解决的问题提出了一些看法,并对今后的发展趋势进行了展望。

Abstract:The pedestal looseness fault is one of lower recognition rate fauts in the rotating machinery at present. The recent research status and progress about the study on rotor system of rotating machinery with pedestal looseness faults were summarized, including the main studying achievement of nonlinear characteristics analysis methods and complex dynamic characteristics, couping faults, fault diagnosis and model experiment, etc. Then the problems for solving in the research of pedestal looseness faults of rotating machinery are pointed out, and the research trends of fault diagnosis in rotating machinery with pedestal looseness are prospected.
