国际商学院“国际化”文化氛围建设构想

培养国际化人才是当前形势下对大学生教育的一大挑战。与之相应，作为国际化教育的重要手段，校园国际文化氛围的营造与国际化大学生的培养紧密相关。特别是在民族类高校的大环境下，为校园国际文化氛围的营造又提出了更高的要求。本文从大学生国际化人才教育的背景出发，围绕民族高校国际文化氛围的建设进行了详细阐述，从其原则与目标、建设实施到未来展望都进行了深入浅出的分析。同时结合国际商学院的教育实践，深入探讨了民族高校国际文化氛围建设的实施与发展。对此领域的民族高校教学实践有较强的借鉴意义。

Construction of Campus Culture from the Perspective of Internationalized Talents Cultivation

With the development of economic globalization,there is a higher demand for internationalized talents in the market.An important task that a higher institution must confront at present is whether it can cultivate talents with international views and competitive proficiency.Based on the situation of internationalized talents education in universities and the actual practice in International Business School of Dalian Nationalities University,this paper discusses strategies for the construction of international cultural atmosphere on campus.
