应用响应面法优化铆钉菇菌丝体胞外多糖提取工艺

摘    要:采用响应面法对铆钉菇菌丝体胞外多糖的提取工艺进行优化,以提取液中多糖含量为响应值。结果表明,影响铆钉菇菌丝体胞外多糖提取的主要因素依次为:提取温度、料液比、提取时间;获得的各因素最佳水平为:提取温度6℃,提取时间5 h,料液体积比1∶4.4。在此优化条件下,所得胞外多糖的质量浓度为278.86 mg.L-1,比优化前提高了20.40%。

Abstract:The extraction motheds for Gomphidius rutilus mycelium exopolysaccharides were optimized by response surface methodology(RSM).The results showed that the degree of the factors significantly influencing the yield of polysaccharides was in order of extraction temperature,ratio of liquid to solid,extraction times.The optimum extraction conditions are as follows: the temperature 6 ℃,extraction time 5 hours and ratio of material to liquid 1:4.4.Under these optimum conditions,the exopolysaccharide obtained was 278.86mg/L,improved 20.40 % compared with that before optimization.
