| 摘 要： | 介绍了一种新型电阻点焊机恒流智能控制器,对系统的硬件和软件、功能及工作原理和试验结果等方面作了较详细的阐述.该控制器采用单片微机控制电焊机实现闭环恒流效果,其控制精度为2%,并具有完善的故障自诊断、自适应和保护功能.

| Abstract: | A new type of resistance spot welding controller with singlechip microprocessor as core is studied in this paper. It depicts the hardware,software and function of the system,the operating principle,anti-jamming measurement and the experiment result of it respectively.The controller presents good characteristic in maintaining constant current, the system accuracy is 2 percent, and can diagnose by itself and protect at the time of electric failure. |
