乙酸正丁酯制备实验研究

摘    要:传统有机化学实验教材中 ,乙酸正丁酯以浓硫酸作催化剂 ,由冰乙酸和正丁醇加热回流制得。由于浓硫酸易导致较多的副反应和安全性较差 ,近年来有文献报道用有机酸或无机盐替代浓硫酸作催化剂 ,但大多是工艺研究。现以FeCl3 作催化剂 ,应用于乙酸正丁酯实验制备 ,收到了良好的效果。

Abstract:Synthesis of n-butyl acetate was catalyzed by concentrated sulfuric acid in conventional teaching material of Organic Chemistry Experiments.Since concentrated sulfuric acid easily conduce to more side reaction and unsafe,Recently,there were a number of reportage about that it was replaced by organic acid and inorganid salt as catalyst of esterification.but most of them were study of techinics.In this paper,iron trichloride was used as catalyst of synthesis of n-butyl acetate,which was first applied to teaching experiments.Teaching effictiveness was excellent.
