| 摘 要： | 对影响等离子弧的参数进行分析和试验,选取了4个主要因素,即压缩空气压力、割枪高度、电极到喷嘴的距离和切割速度,通过试验找出最佳切割参数,并提出了采用双机并联的方法可显著提高切割质量。

| Abstract: | Through analysis and experiment on affecting the parameter of the plasma arc,four main factors were selected,which were compressed,cutting high gun,electrode to the nozzles distance and cutting speed.The best cutting parameter through the experiment is discovered,and the way of using the parallel method to enhance remarkably the quality of cut is proposed. |
