微波辐射下交联壳聚糖树脂的制备及其吸附性能

摘    要:在稀醋酸溶液中,微波辐射下壳聚糖与Zn^2 反应制备了壳聚糖Zn^2 配合物,然后将制得的配合物与环氧氯丙烷在微波辐射下进行交联反应后,用稀酸除去Zn^2 ,合成了具有Zn^2 离子孔穴的交联壳聚糖树脂。实验考察了该树脂对一些金属离子的吸附性能,并对影响树脂吸附性能的因素进行了研究。

Abstract:A cross - linked chitosan resin with Zn( II )cavity have been synthesized by forming chitosan coordination of Zn2 + ions as template in dilute accetic acid solution under microwave irradiation, and then by reacting the Zn2 + - chitosan complexes with Epoxychoropropane as crosslinking agent under microwave irradiation, and removing off Zn2 + ions with dilute acid. The adsorption capacity for Zn2 + , Cu2 + , Ni2 + and Co2 + , the influences on the adsorption capacity have also been investigated.
