山苍子油合成假性紫罗兰酮的研究

摘    要:利用山苍子油不经分离直接与丙酮进行缩合反应来制备假紫罗兰酮,研究了缩合剂、反应温度、反应时间,原料配比等因素对反应的影响情况,找出了较佳的反应条件.当用液体NaOH作缩合剂时,收率可达75.8%;当用负载于活性Al2O3上的固体NaOH作缩合剂时,收率可达86.3%.

Abstract:Synthesis of pseudo-ionone from acetone and litsea cubeba oil that was not separated was introduced, the influences of condensing agent, reaction temperature, reaction time and raw material ratio on this reaction were studied, and good conditions were found. The yield reached 75.8% when the condensing agent was liquid sodium hydroxide; The yield reached 86.3% when the condensing agent was solid sodium hydroxide which was laid on active aluminium.
