摘    要:应用PCR结合变性高效液相色谱(DHPLC)技术,建立食品中英诺克李斯特氏菌的快速检测方法.根据英诺克李斯特氏菌的特有基因设计特异性引物,PCR扩增的产物经DHPLC技术进行快速检测,并以41株参考菌株做特异性试验.试验结果表明该方法具有很好的特异性,经PCR—DHPLC可检测食品中英诺克李斯特氏菌.该方法可以快速、准确检测英诺克李斯特氏菌,是食品微生物快速检测的新技术.

Abstract:To identify Listeria innocua in food, a PCR-Denaturing High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (DHPLC) assay was performed in this study. Specific primers for specific gene of Listeria innocua were selected to conduct the PCR-DHPLC assays. The specific testing was performed with 41 strains. The good specificity of this method was found in the study. Also, it can detect and identify Listeria innocua quickly and accurately by a PCR-DHPLC. The DHPLC could be a new method for detecting pathogens in food.
