| 摘 要： | 上海市房地产基础信息平台是在中德项目的基础上发展而来,采用集中式数据库,以地-楼-房数据模型对全市房地产基础数据进行管理,通过交易登记和成果管理模块维护数据更新．上海市房地产基础数据具有精度高、全覆盖的优势,通过日常房地产变更提高数据精度和现势性．针对土地用途属性缺失的现状,尝试利用高分辨率遥感影像判读进行采集．

| Abstract: | The Shanghai Real Estate Base Information Platform developed from "China-German Program",and the real estate base database is the core.The system adopts centralized database and integrated data model of "land-building-house".The high precision base database has already covered the whole city.Now the base database is updated and improved by usual real estate change.Since many landuse attribute data are missing,it is tried to use high resolution remote sensing image to complement them. |
