| 摘 要： | 古民居是建筑学、社会学、历史学、民俗学等在一定地域范围内的集合体，有一定的旅游开发价值，但由于其地域范围的限制以及本身资源特点，古民居旅游地在旅游开发过程中存在着旅游面积小、旅游活动无法展开等造成的旅游容量小的问题，以福建闽清宏琳厝古民居旅游开发为例，从不同侧面探讨社区参与对古民居旅游地旅游容量的影响。并探讨社区参与对旅游容量扩大的不同阶段。

| Abstract: | Ancient dwellings which converge architecture, sociology, history, folk-custom and other value, can be used for tourism development. But the area restriction and character of its resource make the tourism carrying capacity small, some activities can not be developed. Taking Honglincuo Ancient Dwelling in Minqing in Fujian for example, this paper discusses the impact of community participation on the tourism carrying capacity of ancient dwellings in different aspects, and also discusses the stages of the community participation enlarging tourism carrying capacity. |
