| 摘 要： | 针对高师体育系体操普修课教学的现状及教学模式存在的问题，在体操普修课中进行了类根教学的实验研究，通过９２～９６级４个年级进行的教学实验表明类根教学对提高高师体育系体操普修课教学整体质量和预防运动创伤具有明显的效果．

| Abstract: | With the present state and problems existing in the teaching pattern of the general course of gymnastics in physical deucation departments of teachers' universities, the experiment and study on the likeness of foundation teaching have been carried out in the general course of gymnastics. The teaching experiment completed in the course for the students of the four grades from 1992 to 1996 indicates that the likeness of foundation teaching has significant effects on improving the whole teaching quality of the general course of gymnastics and on preventing from sport wound. |
