| 摘 要： | 科技创新对自然资源的可持续利用具有巨大的推动作用，不仅是提高自然资源有效产出的添加剂，而且是延展自然资源利用价值的有效催化剂，更是人类拓展自然资源勘探范围、不断开发利用新资源的导航仪以及人类利用人工合成资源替代自然稀缺资源、实现可持续发展的动力机，可称之为自然资源可持续利用的动力之源．

| Abstract: | The science and technology innovation endows sustainable utilization of natural resources to a great degree. It is not only an additive which could be used to improve output of natural resources, but also an effective accelerant which could be used to extend utility value of natural resources. It is the science and technology innovation that extents exploitation area of natural and new resources constantly, enables to replace some rare natural resources by synthetic resources, and put the sustainable development into practice. Our conclusion is that the science and technology innovation is a headspring of motivity on sustainable utilization of natural resources. |
