负载型杂多酸催化合成十二烷基磷酸酯

摘    要:首次报道了以活性碳负载的杂多酸为催化剂,以十二醇和焦磷酸为原料合成了长链烷基磷酸酯,将反应时间由文献报道的4d缩短至2h,产物易分离,催化剂可循环使用.产物用IR和^1H NMR表征.实验结果表明,PW12/C是合成长链醇磷酸酯的良好催化剂.

Abstract:With dodecyl alcohol and pyrophosphoric acid,catalyzed by activecarbon supported heteropoly acid, a Long chain alkyl phosphate was prepared for the first time. The reactive time was shortened from 4 days to 2 hours, the catalyst can be reused, and the resulting dodecyl alkyl bisphosphate was characterized by IR and ^1 H NMR. The experimental cesults show that PW12/C heteropoly acid is a better catalyst for svnthsis of long chain alkyl phosphates.
