| 摘 要： | 洪涝灾害是当今世界上主要的自然灾害,防治洪水灾害是世界各国普遍关注的问题,洪灾损失评估是防洪减灾领域的一项基础性工作,在防汛指挥调度和抢险救灾等工作中急需一套适用、易行、可靠的洪涝灾害损失评估模型.在分析技术路线的基础上,提出洪灾损失评估计算方法,并以浑河为实例,验证提出的洪灾损失评估方法.

| Abstract: | Flood disaster is the main disaster mostly in the world.It is a care problem to prevent flood disaster at large.Flood damage assessment is the basic work of flood hazard mitigation,a set of applicable,reliable and useful model for the loss assessment of the disaster is necessary to be developed for the flood control and the emergency management and tasks concerned for the disaster relief.Based on the analysis of technology route of loss assessment of flood disaster,the paper brings forward method and model of loss assessment of flood disaster.The method of flood disaster evaluation is verified by the case of Hong river of Songliao Watershed.The result shows that the model is feasible and applicable. |
