中国劳动密集型农产品国际竞争力的提升路径

采用理论分析与实证分析相结合的方法，运用显示性比较优势指数对我国劳动密集型农产品的国际竞争力现状进行测算，然后针对存在的问题提出解决路径建议。基本结论是：中国主要劳动密集型农产品中的蔬菜、水果、水产品具有较强的比较优势，畜产品的竞争优势不明显。由于劳动密集型农产品在农产品出口总额中占有相当大的比重，必须在政府支持与保护、行业协会协调、企业自主创新能力3个层面采取措施进一步提升其国际竞争力，这一方面可以发挥中国农业劳动力比较丰裕的优势，扩大出口规模，减少国际市场萎缩带来的负面影响；另一方面可以提高应对外来农产品竞争的能力，保证农业正常发展不受国外的冲击。

The path for improving the international competitiveness of China’s labor-intensive agricultural products

Ever since entering WTO ,China’s labor-intensive agricultural products have been facing se-vere competition in the world market .By theoretical and empirical analysis ,this article measures the present international competitiveness of China’s labor-intensive products ,then finds out the existing problems ,on basis of w hich proposes the resolving paths .T he basic conclusion is that China’s vege-tables ,fruits ,and aquatic products w hich fall in the category of labor-intensive agricultural product have comparatively strong advantage ,w hereas competitiveness of livestock products is less strong . Seeing that labor-intensive products accounts for a large proportion in China’s agricultural products export ,measures must be taken to raise its international competitiveness ,so that to lessen the adverse impact of the thinking of international market on one hand ,and raise the competitive ability to foreign agricultural products on the other .
