| 摘 要： | 生物技术产业是21世纪的朝阳产业，大力发展生物技术产业，将对辽宁省产业结构调整和振兴东北老工业基地起到重要作用，在分析辽宁生物技术的产业规模现状及其原因的基础上，研究辽宁生物技术产业的规模效益与竞争能力的关系，提出加强生物技术产业规模、提高生物技术企业竞争力的相关对策。

| Abstract: | The biotechnoical industry is vory promising. Strengthening the biotechnical industry is very important for the adjustment of Liaoning industry structure. Basing on the analysis of the present situation of Liaoning biotechnical industry,this paper studies the relation between the scale efficiency and competent capability of Liaoning biotechnical industry,then proposes the measures to extend the scale of the biatechnical in dustry and raise the competent capability. |
