大连市金州新区生物医药产业集群的形成与发展路径研究

生物医药产业是区域经济发展中获取未来科技经济竞争优势的一个重要领域.大连市金州新区是我国东北地区重要的经济开放门户,国家级高新技术企业占大连市总数的1/3,经济总量连续三年位居东北地区各县区的首位.优越的地理区位、雄厚的经济基础和发达的现代产业,为金州新区生物医药产业集群的形成与发展奠定了坚实的基础.金州新区现有生物医药企业70余家,生物医药产业集群的经济总量位居全省90个重点产业集群的前列,已经成为"辽宁生物医药产业大省"的重要支撑.在论述金州新区生物医药产业的发展基础、发展环境及其发展优势的基础上,分析金州新区生物医药产业发展中存在的问题及其原因,提出金州新区生物医药产业的发展思路和发展目标及路径.

Study on the cluster formation and development path of biomedical industry in Jinzhou New District,Dalian city

Biomedical industry is an important area to obtain a competitive advantage of future technol-ogy economy in regional economic development .Jinzhou New District of Dalian is an important gate-way to economic opening in Northeast China ,the national high-tech enterprises accounted for 1/3 of the total number of Dalian ,the economic output for three consecutive years ranked first in the North-east region .Excellent geographical location ,strong economic foundation and developed modern in-dustry laid a solid foundation for the formation and development of Jinzhou New District biomedical industry cluster .Jinzhou New District has more than 70 enterprises of bio-medical .The economy of biomedical industry cluster is at the forefront of the province ’s 90 key industry clusters ,w hich has become the important support to make Liaoning as a big province of biomedical industry .We discuss the foundation ,environment and advantages of biomedical industry in Jinzhou New District ,point out the problems and analyzes the reasons of biomedical industry in Jinzhou New District some ideas , goals and path of biomedical industry in Jinzhou New District are further proposed .
