摘    要:樱桃小孢子的发生为同时型.在小孢子母细胞的减数分裂中出现不能配对的单价染色体及微核等异常现象.花粉粒为三细胞型,具三个萌发沟.樱桃的子房上位、单心皮,一室有两个胚珠,悬垂胎座.胚珠倒生.厚珠心,单珠被.胚囊发育属蓼型,为七细胞8核胚囊.两个胚珠中只有一个能正常发育成雌配子体.本文还讨论了樱桃二个胚珠—粒种子的生殖机理以及供试樱桃新品种的遗传杂合性.

Abstract:The microsporogenesis belongs to the simultaneous type. The unpaired univalents and micronucleus etc. are observed in the melosis of the PMC. The mature pollen grain is a threecells structure with three germ furrow. The ovary of cherry is epicarpellate,Uniloculament,and has two ovules in pandulous placenta. The ovule is anatropous,bitegument and crassinucellate. The development of embryo sac conforms to polygonu type,the mature embryo sac with 7 cells and 8 nuclei only one of the. two ovules can develope a breeding male gametophyte. Generative mechanism of cherry with two ovules and one seed and genetic hybrid of the new variety are discussed in the paper.
