| 摘 要： | 车牌识别系统是以汽车牌照为特定目标的专用计算机视觉系统,是智能交通系统的重要组成部分.介绍了一种基于Visual C++平台与Intel开源计算机视觉库OpenCV的静态复杂背景下的车牌识别系统的开发方式.该方式中采用空间域滤波和形态学方法确定车牌的轮廓,采用频域、空间域分析和几何校正相结合的方法对车牌歪斜情况进行校正,最后通过字符分割和模板匹配实现车牌号码识别.经在Visual C++平台下验证,此方法适用于车牌歪斜的情况,识别速度快,准确率高.
